All females should be trained in martial arts - major deterrent to male violence & sexual abuse - your ideas? Ideally this would begin as soon as young girls can crawl, gradually teaching according to their age capabilities and desterity, muscular control and so forth. It would be an incoporation of many different martial arts such as Karate, Kung Fu, Ninjutsu, Taekawndo, Aikido, Muay Thai, and work with weapons including spontaneous knife defence and so on. Continue this for at least until the females are legally adults and imagine the greater confidence and self-esteem, fitness and health they will have, not to mention the very thought in most guy's heads of trying to attack a girl or woman physically, sexually etc should be much reduced, as should the number of attacks and the number of attacks where the man or male doesn't come out of it worse i.e., in hospital or with a toe tag laying in the morgue.

Which do you think is better Samurai or Ninja? Samurai:The ultimate infantry fighter, ready to die in battle disciplined in all ways, ready to protect his country in a battelfield in a fair fight of skill, ruled by the bushido the most important code of honor in the world Weapon:Katana and Japanese Bow( i think its some kind of composite bow)The swiftest sword for the swiftest kill, the most acurate bow in all japan Style:Kenjutsu, a style based on full swordmaship, that covers both defensive and offesive in delicated but deathly strikes Ninja: Switness and efectivenes in one word, stealth power is at hand Weapon: Ninjato, Shuriken,Kunai the best weapons for a quick death without you even noticing Style:Ninjutsu, stealth skills, confusion skills, poison all in one, basically when you are death ill be gone. Its up to you Vote :P the Japanese bow, a Yumi, is made of bamboo not composite like the mongolian bow. And it was the only type of bow in Japan. Thanks to the guy that said this :D This are the results at this moment Ninjas IIII Samurai IIII None IIIII im going to choose the best answer soon so i suggest to explain your answer use facts, and give info, so we all can get our knowledge further, right now the battle is a draw, unfortunately some people havent vote because they think there is no room for such a fight, well the question is not who is the strongest or who would won on certain condition, its basically which you think is cooler so its up to your point of view, i like the fight about samurais followed rules, they helped each other, tbey trusted their masters, and they helped people, but i also like the cool clothing of ninjas, and i have much respect for the Oniwabanshu, so i basically like Japanese warriors well keep up answering and good luck Elmerion :D
Kung Fu Vs. Japanese Arts? How can these even be compared??? In Kung Fu, you are taught mainly hand-to-hand combat, then you art taught weapons, all in the same art, and weapons as the great masters say, "Are an extention on the hand". But in Japanese martial arts, the sword is the highest form of fighting. In Japanese arts, swords are so special and it's like the Japanese are obsessed with them, while in Wushu, they're only weapons, extentions of the hand. In Japanese arts, there are hardly any classic styles of hand-to-hand, like Jujutsu, Ninjutsu, and...... Thats about it. While they develope weapon arts so much, you'd think the samurai would be hapless without their arms. To put it simply, In Chinese martial arts, Imperial Gaurds didn't even need to use weapons, their bodies were weapons, and in battle, they had all ready been taught to use dozens of exotic weapons, but In Japan, as long as you knew Kenjutsu, you were considered a master... So who were the more reliable fighters, Samurai who depended on weapons or Chinese soldiers/warriors?
Naruto Survey!!!? If you could Create a Naruto Character. 1. What would His/Her Name be? 2. What would His/Her special Jutsu be? 3. What type of Jutsu would it be? (Genjutsu, Taijutsu, Ninjutsu, ect) 4. What would there Weapon (they preffer to use) be? 5. What Element would they be? (All elements, even combined ones) 6. What would they Look like? 7. What village or Land would they be from? 8. Would they be evil or good? 1. - Ryuunosuke myself 2. - Space/time and Summoning, Byakuya (white tiger) of the west, Seiryu (Green dragon) of the east, Suzaku (Red phoenix) of the south, and Genbu (Blue turtle) of the north. 3. - I dont know what it would be labled as exactly for the space/time and also Summoning Jutsu/Bloodline Contract 4. - Jian but a special one that cant break and the blade never dulls and its light as a feather as well as sharp as ever. 5. - It's possible to be more then two elements so i'd say Fire,Earth, and Water. 6. -Black kimono with a couple pretty red flower's painted on it, small and spaced from eachother, a black hakama skirt with Tetsugeta's or Iron Sandal's And instead of a top knot i'd have a short pony tail type thing like black wing from shadowskill. and look like myself =D 7. prolly a small village or leaf or rain 8. I'd be neutral but mostly good. ^ ^

Which kung-fu/wushu would suit me best? I would like something that moves along at the learner's pace, fast, agile, and a beautiful art that is also effective. As well as something that incorporates weapons a lot and as its own and not using another separate style (karate does more kedno than an actual karate sword style for example... or so ive observed). Also an art that will make me ponder its philosophies such as ninjutsu and shao-lin kung-fu. im going to say it now that i LOVED crouching tiger-hidden dragon and am curious about the REAL styles that were used in the film. I love all weapons to absolutely no end and want to learn how to properly control them with finesse and effect. Oh. Also something that takes a long time to master with many many many aspects/secrets to the art to keep me learning and growing for a looooong time (i learn martial arts REALLY fkn fast). so again i ask. what fighting style would be best for a determined, fast, not so strong, philosophical kinda person that loves any/all weapons to no end.
