1. search thepiratebay.org but there are no naruto pc games to my knowledge or the gamefaqs database. Best bet get a emulator for a game platform and download the game.
2. Dude, you need emulators to play PS2/PS3 or other consoles on your PC. There are no emulator for PS1 let alone the other consoles. You can get GBA games through emulators and bittorents, but the other consoles are no good. Believe me, I know. But, if you do find a way w/o paying, let the brothers know.
