Can i buy naruto ultimate ninja 3! in japanese then, switch it to english? it works for some games?

i was just wondering because i really dont want to wait another year or 2 for that game to come to the US. i just rememberd that sometimes i am givin the option to switch the languages of some games i have. so...i was wanting to know if it was posible for this game before i buy it and cannot do anything with it since its in japanese...AND...does anyone knoe when it actually comes to the US?

3. NO, its just japanese, but you can send it to the company to translate it, but it will cost you a-lot
4. i have naruto ultimate ninja 3, and it can't switch languages. and this game came out in 2005 so its kind of old now. the newest game is naruto shippuden narutimate accel, or ultimate ninja 4. this game has over 60 characters which is twice as much as the third game. i have this game and i think its a lot better than any other ultimate ninja game.
