Ninja Movie?

Hi, I am looking for a name of a movie. It begins when a little baby is discovered by ninjas, later on when he is grown up(he's pretty fat), he need to do trainings with his fellows to become a real ninja. he fails but trying to prove himself by helping a woman and going to the states catch a criminal, his "brother" also sent with him. well that what I remember, hope you can help.
