Need help with tha name of a Ninja Movie!?

Probably from the 80's, it's a movie where there are all these different specialized types of ninjas, and they each wear a solid color depicting what type of ninja they are. There are water ninjas, ground ninjas, tree ninjas, snow ninjas, etc. Any help?
