What Ninja Turtles movie had Irma Langinstein in it?

I remember watching back in the 90's a live action Ninja Turtles movie and it had Irma Langinstein (April's geeky secretary). I can't seem to find her in any of the movies. Am I not looking hard enough or was there some kind of spin off...I'm positive I seen her in a live action show.
