the most obvious difference is that splinter IS Hamato Yoshi, not some stupid pet... and shredder made the ooze to destroy Yoshi, not some dumb company, on accident... and the foot clan are robots, not teenagers... so much heresy which version do you follow? actually john D: the original cartoons were the one true translation of the story, and the fufillment of the message. all lies hgha, the color version is the one true version raptor, and hgha, you must be those turtle cult followers, "gnostic turtles"

Splinter is a pet, the Foot clan are evil (adult) ninjas, Shredder didn't make any ooze, the mutagen was implied to be the same substance that gave Daredevil his powers, nobody ever said "cowabunga," and all four turtles wore red bandannas. Heretic! The cartoons are blasphemy! They differ from the true originals. I even played the role-playing game, where everybody and his dog wanted to be a mutant weasel, because they got the hideously overpowered special ability.

9. Dude, the original! I know, right? What was up with all the kiddie crap in the animated series? Rocksteady and Bebop? And how about how they made April wear that stupid yellow jumpsuit every episode? Please. The TMNT comic was dark and gritty. They were bad @$$! And the supporting characters were much cooler. Triceritons. Awesome. And that whole race of brain people(that they stupidly wrapped up in to "Krang" in the T.V.series). Original Turtles Rule! EDIT: You totally said it, Half God Half Ape. I could strangle whoever decided to make Michelangelo say "cowabunga" all the time. The pizza thing was stupid, too. EDIT2: "Gnostic Turtles"? I gladly accept that lable, because I "know" which version is better. Heretic.
