What NES Ninja game was this?

I hardly remember much of it, but a friend had this NES game where you played as a big headed (I think) ninja and in the final level you were in a laboratory/factory something and the final bosses turned into a spider, where you fought him while falling down a waterfall. I know that's hardly any details, but it's been bothering me for a long time!

1. Im not sure, but it kinda sounds to me like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, because i remember the laboratory and the waterfall from my own past experience with the game.
2. Sounds kinda like Ninja Gaiden II..I remember a spider boss, but I dont remember a waterfall...
