I am close to becoming a ninjutsu master and i need tips on teaching?

i need to learn tips on teaching and how to make them do their best.

3. beat them until they wet themselves. that way they will know ultimate power
4. Have them do assassination drills, where they can take out their neighbors pets and stuff, with poison darts in the middle of the night
5. This is obviously a joke. If not you have no idea what a master really is. If you are really close to being a master you would not need to be asking this question.
6. pugpaws nailed it... Those who need it, don't really ask it... or we ask it in a better way... I could never imagine asking the question you asked and I am not yet a master but I have been teaching a while (since 1988)...
